Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for both open and unopened products that are in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of purchase.
Exchange Only: After 14 days, refunds are no longer available; only exchanges will be offered.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to returns of T-shirts, mugs, and books.
